Discovery and CJ ENM, a leading Korean studio, have forged a multi-year strategic partnership to co-produce Korean dramas and integrate CJ's TVING streaming service into the HBO Max ecosystem across Asia. This agreement marks Warner Bros. Discovery's most significant commitment to date to the popular Korean content category, and it underscores CJ ENM's ongoing drive to expand the reach of Korean storytelling worldwide. The partnership will bring a branded TVING hub to HBO Max subscribers in 17 markets across Asia Pacific, including Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, starting in early 2026. This hub will premiere new original K-dramas and showcase CJ ENM's extensive library of scripted and unscripted titles. The two companies will also co-invest in and co-produce original Korean dramas for global distribution on HBO Max. David Zaslav, CEO of Warner Bros.
