Chocolate Nutella Brownies
Hi Everyone, brownies are one of my favorite desserts and believe it or not, this is the first, yes, first, brownie recipe to grace the pages of Life’s Little Sweets.
It will definitely be the first of many!
It think it’s taken so long for me to post about brownies because I am so particular about them.
I like a classic, fudgy, thick brownie, preferably with a crackly, thin crust on top.
There are 3 kinds of chocolate in this brownie recipe: unsweetened cocoa, semi-sweet morsels and Nutella.
If you are having any kind of chocolate craving,Chocolate Nutella Brownies will cure it!

These Chocolate Nutella Brownies are one of my all-time favorite brownie recipes with 3 kinds of chocolate in them. They are the perfect partner for a hot mug of coffee or tea or a tall glass of milk. Cure your chocolate craving with these incredible, fudgy brownies!
Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cups unbleached, all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups organic cane sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup Canola oil
- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- drizzle desired amount of Nutella, (1/4 cup), warmed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, kosher salt & sugar) except for chocolate chips until combined.
- In a 2 cup wet measure, add 1 cup Canola oil, vanilla extract, and 5 large eggs. Use an electric mixer to thoroughly combine the ingredients.
- Pour all the batter into a 13" x 9" inch brownie pan and spread evenly with a baking spatula. Sprinkle 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate morsels evenly on top. Heat up the Nutella in the microwave at 10-second intervals for a total of 30 seconds to make it easy to drizzle. Drizzle with a spoon on top evenly over the brownie batter and chocolate chips. Alternatively, you can put the Nutella into a zip lock bag, cut a corner, and evenly spread it that way.
- Bake for 20 minutes and check for doneness using a butter knife or a toothpick, after it's inserted in the middle it should come out clean. Leave in for another 5 minutes if it's not done and does not exceed 30 minutes. Exactly 25 minutes always works best for me. A slightly underdone brownie will taste much better than overcooked brownies. When they are done, allow them to cool for 5 minutes to set up before slicing. They are delicious and served warm. Enjoy!
